You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer support team. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation as the order may already be processed for shipment.
- Cancellation by Customer: If you cancel your order more than 60 minutes after placing it, return shipping fees may apply.
- Cancellation by SexBodyShop: We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We aim to resolve any issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
