Orders over $39 qualify for free shipping. For orders less than $39, a $5.99 shipping fee will be applied.

International Shipping: Customs clearance and other international shipping regulations may cause delays.
Unexpected Events: Extreme weather, natural disasters, or global events like the COVID-19 pandemic can disrupt supply chains and delay shipping.

Multiple Items in One Order

We strive to deliver all items in your order simultaneously. However, different shipping options may apply to different products, causing them to be shipped separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once each item has been dispatched.

Changing Delivery Address

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct details.

Note:
- If you cancel your order more than 1 hour after placing it, any applicable return shipping fees will be your responsibility.
- Providing an incorrect address that results in a lost or unrecoverable package means you bear the loss. SexBodyShop will not replace the order or issue a refund.
